This was my very first experience using this AC company. A company that my mother had used and relied upon as do my sisters.
After disappointing experiences with many other local AC companies- ICE COLD AC has been a welcome and much needed and appreciated company with excellent customer service.
The technician that came , Jessie Fortuna,, was courteous , respectful, and very efficient as well as knowledgeable . Worked quickly to resolve my air conditioning issue. Even though it was an after hours weekend call - the service was outstanding.
So much so that I’m having this company proceed with repairs of my other AC unit whose compressor is “locked up”  and needed to be replaced.
He found out that the unit was still under warranty, and all I would have to pay was to replace it with a new compressor.. for only $2800… the previous AC company quoted me to do the same job $12K !!!
