I've used this company in the past for an emergency repair on a Sunday and they were great, squeezed me in and showed up in great time.
I called them, again, last minute this morning when my AC died and the wonderful woman who answered the phone managed to squeeze me into their full schedule instead of leaving me hanging. I ended up not needing them to come out today but I'm so grateful for how responsive and accommodating they are everytime I call them.

This wonderful company saved my family from a horrible AC repair company in this town named Home Shield! Ice Cold was able to figure out the horrible installation that Home Shield had performed making my house without AC for an entire week!!!! Home Shield had been to my house for four visits accomplishing nothing but always wasting my time and constantly causing me to take off work! Ice Cold's staff was so kind and friendly! Their office staff even called me to check on my family later that evening to make sure everything was still working great! Julian, the owner, and his staff are amazing!! Anita, the office manager, is also so kind and will make you feel like you are a part of their family!! I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family!

Back in June, Julian and his crew installed a new cool air and heat pump system as well as all new duct work for me. I've waited a while on my review so to establish a bit of a track record of performance. I'm a little particular and I want things perfect. I was pretty direct in telling Julian from the start of my expectations. He didn't hesitate to genuinely reassure me they'd take care of me and I'd be more than satisfied. He was correct. I cannot say enough good things about Julian and his crew. They are all very nice and professional people, they did a great job and left everything clean afterwards. My system has worked flawlessly. He fixed all my air flow issues in the house and every room is perfectly cooled/heated. If you need him he responds right away and is at your door by then next day. I can't say enough positive things about this business. We've used probably eight different HVAC businesses over the past 20 years and none are as good as Ice Cold. We had to install a new air handler and heat pump and Ice Cold came in well under the other bids. During the install they and were on time and quick with the work. When we had some minor issues later, the owner came out to address it personally and make sure we were happy. We've had Ice Cold come out ever since and they respond usually within an hour and have things fixed usually by the end of the day. You can't beat the value for your money or the quality of the work. Our go to HVAC company.

Came out to bossier city to help my aunt with some things around the house including her busted AC. After gathering several price quotes I felt that Ice Cold AC and Heating was hands down the most honest and knowledgeable about the service they were offering. Julian, the owner is a super nice guy and you can tell he really cares about his clients. His techs were super nice as well and personable.
