Justin was very communicative leading up to his arrival at our home. He was on time, super polite, professional, and efficient. He was knowledgeable and skilled in his work. My 2 ton HVAC stopped cooling. The compressor fan would not spin. I made a service call to Ice Cold AC and Heating, spoke with Samantha. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous as she walked me through the steps to collect the model and serial # of my inoperable compressor fan. She dispatched Dylan to my home the same day, He picked up the part on the way and had me up and cooling again in short order. He was clean, professional, capable and personable. I was impressed with the members of the staff that helped me. HVAC repair is never inexpensive, but I feel Ice Cold A&H were reasonable. Based on my experience with this job, I would recommend this company and plan to use the in the future.
